ACAPULCO ECOPARK
The project is an eco-park and sculpture garden. it is an illumination of liminal space. A sanctuary devoted to the preservation and celebration of local flora, fauna, and ecological practices. It harbors an assemblage of pavilions, envisioned as sanctuaries for communal gathering and the exhibition of contemporary art, thereby morphing the landscape into a living canvas, a sculpture garden in its own right. The genesis of this project was rooted in a series of diagrams, these initial sketches meticulously dictating the choreography of pathways, aquatic features, pavilions, and greenery. Each pavilion is conceived to meld seamlessly with its surroundings, capturing and framing the interplay of light and vistas. Beyond its function as a communal haven, the project stands as a bastion for local ecology, championing its vitality and diversity.
